Our Teams Objectives are:
1. To raise awareness about the harmful impacts of caste discrimination and promote social inclusion through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
2. To work with schools to implement anti-discrimination policies and practices that create safe and inclusive learning environments for all students, regardless of their caste.
3. To provide vocational training programs specifically designed for youth who have experienced caste discrimination, enabling them to acquire marketable skills and improve their livelihood opportunities.
4. To engage youth victims of caste discrimination in volunteering activities that promote social cohesion, empathy, and mutual respect among individuals from diverse backgrounds.
5. To collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and civil society organizations to develop sustainable solutions for eradicating caste discrimination and promoting equality and social justice.
